Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. An order is accepted only after the central system validates the product, variation, current price and available inventory and returns an order number. We may contact you when information is incomplete or an item is no longer available.
Products, prices and availability
We work to keep product names, descriptions, images, prices, variations and inventory accurate. Cannabis is an agricultural product, so appearance, aroma and package details can vary by batch. Products, prices, quantities and website features may change without notice. The label on the product received is the final source for ingredients, potency, warnings and serving information.
Payment
The checkout page shows the available payment method. Interac e-Transfer payment is not confirmed until it has been matched to the correct order and amount. An order may be held, corrected or cancelled when payment cannot be identified, the amount is incorrect or required information is missing.
Toronto and GTA delivery
This website uses the tracked mail-order option shown during checkout. "Toronto Weed Delivery" on this storefront does not mean a local same-day courier service. Delivery timing is an estimate and may change because of the destination, carrier volume, weather, address problems or events outside our control.
Cancellations, returns and order problems
Contact us as soon as possible when an order needs to be corrected or cancelled. A change is not guaranteed after payment, preparation or shipment has started. Product-condition, missing-item or delivery concerns should be reported with the order number and supporting details so the situation can be reviewed.
Responsible use
