Your order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside but a standard shipping label, no branding, no product names, no hint of what's inside. Delivery Timelines
Toronto and the GTA typically see parcels arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Elsewhere in Ontario, allow an extra day or two depending on how far the postal route runs, smaller towns take slightly longer, but they get the same tracked service, which is more than most delivery services offer them at all. Getting Your Address Right
Ninety percent of delivery hiccups are address hiccups. Condo and apartment dwellers: include your unit number and buzzer code at checkout so the parcel reaches your door, concierge or parcel room without a detour. Double-check your postal code before confirming, one wrong character sends a parcel on a scenic tour. If you spot an address mistake after ordering, contact us right away; it's fixable before shipping, harder after.
If Your Parcel Is Delayed or Missing
Tracking stuck or a parcel overdue? First, give it one extra business day, postal scans sometimes lag behind the parcel itself. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved. You'll never be left refreshing a tracking page alone. All orders are for adults 19+ with age verified at checkout.
